This is how to get your discount:

If you already know us for long, you know we never cause any trouble regarding returns or refunds. Nevertheless we like to state that we accept returns until the end of January 2020 for every purchase placed in November or December 2019 as long as the returned items are unharmed.

For the record:
The voucher code may not be used by resellers and only once per customer. You can't buy voucher codes with our XMAS15 promotion code.
